Oversee the development and implementation of new and existing relationships for the UniTeller Digital Channel Division. Channel communication and policies that address customer relationships. Negotiate and network with all partners, potential and current clients, as well as with the groups that interact with their companies to ensure that certain business and product development procedures are followed by the internal teams of the organization.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential and current clients.
Look for new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of discussions, meeting minutes, or correspondence with clients.
Explain risk policies, procedures, and operational details to clients.
Carry out market studies, research new regulations, and perform competitor analysis.
Identify market opportunities and product improvements needed by clients.
Elaborate and present reports to top management.
Assist in the creation of economic and pricing proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFP).
Work with the Accounting and Finance departments for reconciliation, prepare end-of-month reports, payment of fees to partners, and track activity of clients.
Work with other department heads and staff to coordinate account initiation and transition service or product delivery.
Travel is often required to meet with external clients and suppliers, as well as travel to conferences and satellite offices.

Academic Training: Bachelor of Business or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Technology Sales, Financial Services, Commercial Functions, Pipelines Generation and Maintenance, International Experience
Languages: Advanced English (90% or more, oral and written)
