pr\u00e1ctica de insertar fondos obtenidos ilegalmente en el sistema financiero a cambio de fondos \u201climpios\u201d. Seg\u00fan la ley estadounidense, incluye la pr\u00e1ctica de realizar transacciones financieras para ocultar la identidad, el origen o el destino del dinero obtenido ilegalmente. Estos fondos se introducen il\u00edcitamente en el sistema financiero, para que puedan ser transferidos, invertidos o manipulados para que aparezcan como fondos legales.\n<br><br>El Gobierno Federal, bajo el Secreto Bancario, la Ley Patriota y la Ley de Control de Lavado de Dinero, ha establecido leyes y regulaciones estrictas para ayudar a prevenir las actividades de lavado de dinero.\n<br><br>UniTeller opera bajo un programa estricto para cumplir con las leyes y regulaciones establecidas por el gobierno.
