Provide attention, advice, and bilingual guide to users of digital services using different channels of communication such as chat, telephone and email. This position would be required to follow the guidelines of the department and UniTeller, to provide the best experience to our clients, increase business and prevent fraud.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve customers of online services by phone, chat & Email
  • Respond to doubts or questions from Digital Service customers
  • Advise clients of Digital services by phone, chat & email
  • Assess fraud risk in transactions based on established processes
  • Interpret the needs and requirements of customers
  • Analyze behavior patterns in transactions
  • Authorize / Cancel / Stop Transactions
  • Develop skills based on feedback
  • Flexible Schedule Monday-Sunday, 7 am – 11 pm

Requirements

  • Academic training: Professional with a university degree started.
  • Experience: 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Languages: Advanced Spanish and English (80% spoken and written)
